Trent will accommodate those with allergies and dietary requirements – please indicate them on the registration form.

Friday Dinner $34

  • Pulled pork, vegetable bean cassoulet (veg option), steamed rice, roasted summer vegetables, garden salad, dessert, coffee, tea, cold drinks.

Saturday Breakfast $25

  • Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, fruit, muffins and croissants, juice, coffee, tea

Saturday Lunch $29

  • Sandwiches, veggies & fruit, dessert and bottled juice.

Saturday Banquet $40

  • Roast beef au jus, stuffed peppers (veg option), steamed seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, caesar salad, dessert, coffee, tea, cold drinks. Cash bar.

Sunday Breakfast $25

  • French toast bake, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit, muffins and croissants, juice, coffee, tea.
